Hana Hibachi and Sushi opened their first restaurant on June 21, 2012, in Garland, Texas, making June 2022 their company’s 10-year anniversary. For the last decade, they’ve been creating incredible gourmet Japanese food right here in Texas. The Prosper restaurant is their third location. You can order sushi and other exciting options, including vegetarian or seafood-based meals, from the kitchen or the sushi bar. If you can’t choose, you can always order a meal combo or a bento box for the perfect combination of flavors. There are also separate lunch, dinner, and kids’ menu options from which to choose.
You can start your meal off with miso soup, homemade pork wonton soup, seaweed salad, or sashimi salad. Next, move on to an appetizer like edamame, gyoza, Japanese spring rolls, crab puffs, crispi calamari, or beef negimaki. There are plenty of sushi options, including vegetable rolls like the cucumber or avocado roll, cooked rolls like the California or Philadelphia roll, and uncooked rolls like the salmon or tuna roll.
