Toyota’s 2026 model year marks the biggest shake-up in the brand’s history, putting electric power front and center across almost every vehicle. From family favorites now sporting hybrid engines to brand-new electric vehicles (EVs) built for city driving and outdoor fun, there’s a lot to get excited about. Whether you’re commuting from Prosper to downtown Dallas or planning weekend adventures across the Lone Star State, Toyota’s electrified lineup will keep you moving.

Complete 2026 Toyota EV Lineup

Toyota’s 2026 electric lineup delivers real performance. The bZ (formerly bZ4X) generates 343 horsepower with improved eAxles, which increase the towing capacity to 3,307 pounds. The rugged bZ Woodland offers 375 horsepower with all-wheel drive (AWD) and has a 74.7 kWh battery that delivers a 260-mile range, which can easily get you to the Sam Houston National Forest. The C-HR returns as an electric coupe-SUV with 338-horsepower dual motors and 290 miles per charge.

Two battery choices define the 2026 bZ lineup: the 57.7 kWh version provides a 236-mile range, while the larger 74.7 kWh battery stretches range to 314 miles. Fast charging gets you from 10% to 80% in 30 minutes. Toyota provides access to thousands of Tesla Superchargers with standard NACS adapters, making that drive to Irving and back easier.

The entry-level bZ starts at $34,900, competing against the Hyundai IONIQ 5, which leads electric small SUV rankings. Toyota’s reputation for reliability, combined with access to charging networks, is appealing if you’re waiting for a trustworthy electric option.

2026 Toyota SUV and Crossover Highlights

The 2026 RAV4 drops gas engines for hybrid-only power, which makes sense, as over half of 2024 sales were electrified models. The RAV4 Hybrid with AWD produces 236 horsepower, while the front-wheel-drive (FWD) model generates 226 horsepower. The plug-in hybrid gains 23% more electric range, to 52 miles, and produces 324 horsepower.

The Highlander Hybrid pairs a 2.5-liter engine with dual electric motors for 243 horsepower and 35 mpg, with a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds. All 2026 Highlanders get standard AWD.

The 4Runner switches to the TNGA-F platform shared with the Tacoma and Tundra. The standard 2.4-liter turbo delivers 278 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque. The Hybrid model increases power to 326 horsepower and torque to 465 lb-ft.

2026 Toyota Truck Lineup Innovations

The 2026 Tacoma continues with hybrid power, delivering up to 326 horsepower and 465 lb-ft through an eight-speed automatic, but a six-speed manual transmission is available on some trims. The Trailhunter model features Old Man Emu suspension, a built-in air compressor, an ARB steel rear bumper, a sport bar, 33-inch all-terrain tires, and bronze 18-inch wheels.

Tech includes an available 14-inch touchscreen (standard on higher trims), JBL sound with a portable Bluetooth speaker, and off-road navigation showing what’s under your truck. Every hybrid Tacoma features a 2400W power inverter for running tools. The optional air compressor makes it perfect for Dallas-Fort Worth contractors.

The 2026 Tundra offers a twin-turbo V-6 with 389 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque or a hybrid engine with 437 horsepower and 583 lb-ft of torque. It tows up to 12,000 pounds (gas) or 11,450 pounds (hybrid) with a 1,940-pound payload capacity. Every model comes with a 32.2-gallon fuel tank, a standard tow hitch, and trailer wiring. Options include a 3-inch lift kit, trailer backup system, and power-extending tow mirrors.

2026 Toyota Sedan and Performance Vehicle Updates

The 2026 Camry goes all-hybrid, with FWD models making 225 horsepower and AWD versions producing 232 horsepower. They achieve up to 51 mpg combined across five trims: the LE ($29,000), SE ($31,300), Nightshade Edition ($32,300), XLE ($34,000), and XSE ($35,200). Updates include LED headlights, a honeycomb grille, and a standard 12.3-inch touch screen. AWD models offer four drive modes: Normal, Eco, Sport, and EV.

The 2026 Corolla Hybrid hits 53 mpg in the city, 46 mpg on the highway, and 50 mpg combined with the LE FWD trim. It starts at $25,725 and is now available with AWD. The limited GR86 Yuzu Edition (only 860 for North America) features 228 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque from its 2.4-liter boxer engine, going from 0 to 60 mph in about 6 seconds. It has 18-inch matte black wheels, Brembo brakes, and black Ultrasuede seats with yellow stitching.

The GR Supra MkV Final Edition has a 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-six engine with 382 horsepower and 368 lb-ft of torque. It sprints from 0 to 60 mph in about 4 seconds and starts at $68,550. Handling improvements include revised camber angle, electronic shocks, stiffer front sway bar, and bigger Brembo brakes. The GR Corolla keeps its 1.6-liter turbo three-cylinder, making 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. All performance models include Safety Sense 3.0 with collision prevention, lane-keeping, and adaptive cruise control.
