2020 Toyota Corolla Performance

The Toyota Corolla gets its power from a 139-hp 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine teamed with a continuously variable transmission and a front-wheel drivetrain. You can opt for a 169-hp 2.0-liter direct-injection engine with dynamic-shift CVT as well as a six-speed manual transmission. Normal and Sport driving modes are available along with a dual chrome-tipped exhaust. The 2020 Corolla earns an estimated 38 mpg on the highway and 30 mpg in the city.

2020 Honda Civic Performance

The Honda Civic is equipped with a 158-hp 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder with a continuously variable transmission and front-wheel drive. Optional is a 174-hp 1.5-liter turbocharged engine and a six-speed manual transmission. Paddle shifters, sport pedals, and a center outlet exhaust are available. The Civic achieves the same estimated fuel economy as the Toyota Corolla with 38 mph on the highway and 30 mpg of city driving.

2020 Toyota Corolla Technology

An included 7.0-inch touchscreen display integrates with Bluetooth® wireless technology, advanced voice recognition, Apple CarPlay® and Amazon Alexa, Siri® Eyes Free, Scout® GPS Link, a six-speaker sound system, and a USB port to keep you connected. Available technology consists of an Entune 3.0 Premium Audio system with an 8.0-inch touchscreen, navigation, SiriusXM® satellite radio, HD Radio™, a Wi-Fi hotspot, wireless charging, and an additional USB port. An 800-watt JBL® audio system with Clari-Fi® technology and nine speakers is also optional.

2020 Honda Civic Technology

Technology comes in the Civics’ cabin in the form of a 5.0-inch color central display screen, Bluetooth® streaming audio, a four-speaker sound system, and a USB port. Available are a 7.0-inch high-resolution touchscreen, voice recognition, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ compatibility, navigation, wireless charging, and an additional USB port. Also, SiriusXM® satellite radio, HD Radio™, and a 450-watt premium ten-speaker sound system are optional.

Toyota puts an emphasis on safety; therefore, employing the Toyota Safety Sense™ 2.0 driver assistance suite as standard. This safety suite includes a pre-collision system with low light pedestrian detection and daytime cyclist detection, lane departure alert with steering assist, road edge detection with sway warning, lane tracing assist, road sign assist, automatic high beams, and full-speed dynamic radar cruise control. Additionally, an eight-airbag system, a backup camera, and whiplash-injury-lessening front seats are included. Optional features include a blind spot monitor and an adaptive front lighting system.
