Both these vehicles offer ample versatility and practicality, making them popular choices for many drivers. In this comprehensive comparison, we take a closer look at the interior features and dimensions of the two SUVs to help you make an informed decision. more 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander: A Spacious New Addition As a larger and more spacious version of the beloved Highlander, the 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander is an exciting new addition to the Toyota lineup. With its increased interior space, particularly in the third row, the Grand Highlander is designed to accommodate growing families and those who require extra room for passengers and cargo. Interior Dimensions and Comfort The Grand Highlander is an impressive vehicle that stands out for its spacious passenger area. With generous legroom in all three rows, even adult passengers can sit comfortably in the third row. The vehicle's symmetrical interior design creates a sense of balance and spaciousness, while its high-end features, such as its power-adjustable heated front seats, second-row window shades, and multiple USB and power outlets, enhance comfort and convenience. If you're looking for added luxury, the available second-row captain's chairs provide a heightened seating experience. The Grand Highlander's interior is both spacious and well-appointed. The XLE trim, which is the entry-level model, comes with a host of desirable features, including a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, wireless charging, and a power liftgate. This means that even the base model offers a premium experience for drivers and passengers. Cargo Versatility The Grand Highlander's cargo capacity is just as impressive. It has 21 cubic feet of space behind the third row and an expansive 97.5 cubic feet with both rows folded down, making it easy to haul luggage, sports equipment, and camping furniture for your next adventure. The available power liftgate makes loading and unloading effortless, while the Grand Highlander's 5,000-pound towing capacity adds an extra layer of utility for those who need to haul larger items. Apart from its ample cargo space, the Grand Highlander offers a range of storage solutions throughout the cabin. From the spacious center console to the numerous cubbies and pockets, there's a place for everything, ensuring that the interior remains organized and clutter-free during long trips or daily errands. Kia Telluride: A Spacious and Stylish Competitor Since its introduction, the Kia Telluride has been a popular choice among SUV buyers thanks to its spacious interior, stylish design, and excellent value. It's a strong competitor to the Grand Highlander with its varied seating configurations and ample cargo space. Interior Dimensions and Comfort The Telluride offers a comfortable seating experience for passengers, and its stylish and functional interior design features high-quality materials and attention to detail. It has slightly less third-row legroom than the Grand Highlander and a less-adjustable second-row bench but offers available upscale features, such as leather upholstery, heated and ventilated front seats, and a premium audio system. While it may not be as luxurious as some higher-end SUVs, the Telluride's cabin is a pleasant place to spend time. Cargo Versatility The Kia Telluride provides a good amount of cargo space, with 21 cubic feet behind the third row and 87 cubic feet with both rows folded down. Although it has slightly less cargo space than the Toyota Grand Highlander, it's still more than enough for most families. The Telluride also comes equipped with a hands-free power liftgate and a dual-level cargo floor for added convenience. In addition, it can tow up to 5,500 pounds, which is slightly more than the Grand Highlander's capacity. The Telluride has a well-designed cargo area, with a wide opening and low load floor that makes it easy to load and unload heavy items. The dual-level cargo floor provides added flexibility, allowing you to either create a flat load surface or maximize cargo volume based on your needs. The Grand Highlander's Advantage When comparing the interior space and comfort of the 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander and the Kia Telluride, the Grand Highlander emerges as the clear winner. Its roomier third row, adjustable second-row seating, and slightly larger cargo capacity give it an edge over the Telluride. The Grand Highlander offers a range of powerful and efficient powertrains, including a 362-horsepower Hybrid MAX variant, which delivers great performance and fuel economy. The Grand Highlander's interior is not only more spacious but also more refined than the Telluride's. The Toyota Tundra Is All Trucks at Once!

The 2024 Toyota Tundra not only offers plenty of power and strong work capabilities, but it also comes with a refined and comfortable cabin and a wealth of tech and safety features. Additionally, this full-size pickup truck is a highly customizable vehicle that offers a whopping seven trim levels to cater to different truck drivers. Let's take a closer look at the trims of the Toyota Tundra to determine which one is right for you. more Toyota Tundra SR With a base MSRP of $39,965, the SR is the lowest trim level of the 2024 Toyota Tundra. As with the rest of the lineup, Toyota has equipped this variant with a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V-6 engine. The engine delivers 358 horsepower in the SR but produces higher outputs in other models. Despite its affordable price, the SR boasts a solid list of standard features. These include 18-inch steel wheels, cloth upholstery, single-zone automatic climate control, remote keyless entry, push-button start, and an analog gauge cluster. Additionally, it offers an intuitive infotainment system that includes an 8-inch touch-screen display, a Wi-Fi hotspot, three USB ports, navigation, satellite radio, and Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. Found in many other new Toyota vehicles, the Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 suite of driver-assistance features comes standard on the entry-level Tundra. It includes forward collision alert, lane-keeping assistance, lane departure alert, pedestrian monitoring, forward automated emergency braking, traffic-sign recognition, automated high beams, and adaptive cruise control. If you're wondering whether the Tundra SR is a good value proposition, let's compare it with the base Pro trim of the 2024 GMC Sierra 1500. Although it has a higher starting price of $46,700, this model offers a considerably less powerful standard engine than the SR, as well as smaller 17-inch wheels and fewer tech and safety features. Toyota Tundra SR5 Starting at $45,500, the SR5 mainly differs from the SR in that it gets its power from a higher-output version of the twin-turbo V-6 that generates 389 horsepower. It also adds LED fog lights, 18-inch alloy wheels, selectable drive modes, and a towing package. In comparison, the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT costs at least $48,000, making it slightly more expensive than the SR5. It comes standard with a 310-horsepower TurboMax engine, which isn't as punchy as the SR5's powertrain. However, the LT has a better list of features, which include a power driver's seat, heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a larger 13.4-inch infotainment touch-screen display. Toyota Tundra Limited The Limited comes with a minimum price of $51,855. Its base power plant is the same unit found in the SR5, but you can opt for a hybrid version of that engine that develops a stout 437 horsepower. In addition, this variant gains plenty of additional features, including 20-inch alloy wheels, synthetic leather upholstery, power front seats, heated and cooled front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, a larger 14-inch touch-screen display, two extra USB ports, a digital instrument cluster, blind-spot detection, and rear cross-traffic warning. Starting at $57,900, the GMC Sierra 1500 SLT has a less potent base engine than the Limited and smaller 18-inch wheels. However, it offers a few upgrades you won't find in the Limited, including genuine leather upholstery and a memory driver's seat. Toyota Tundra TRD Pro If you enjoy exploring the path less traveled around Prosper, Texas, the TRD Pro is the obvious choice. This adventure-ready trim has an MSRP of $72,130 and comes standard with the 437-horsepower hybrid powertrain, four-wheel drive, an off-road-tuned suspension, a locking rear differential, skid plates, all-terrain tires, and a forward-facing camera. The off-road-oriented ZR2 trim of the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 costs at least $69,900. It features a 420-horsepower 6.2-liter V-8 and similar off-road hardware to the TRD Pro. Then again, it's fitted with front and rear locking differentials instead of just a locking rear differential. Toyota Tundra Platinum The Toyota Tundra enters luxury territory with the Platinum trim, which costs $61,775 or more. This model adds genuine leather upholstery, heated and cooled rear seats, a heated steering wheel, a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, a wireless device charger, a premium audio system, two 120-volt power outlets, a 360-degree camera system, and a digital rearview mirror. With a base price of $65,195, the mid-range LARIAT trim of the 2024 Ford F-150 is considerably costlier than the Tundra Platinum. It uses a slightly more powerful 400-horsepower 5.0-liter V-8. Other than that, it has about the same features as the Toyota truck. Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition The 1794 Edition is similar to the Platinum in terms of features, but it has a western-theme exterior and interior styling. The starting price of this trim is $62,460. The Ford F-150 also has a western-style trim called King Ranch, which comes with a much heftier price tag of $73,735. Ford equips the King Ranch with a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V-6 rated at 400 horsepower, as well as an adaptive suspension system, a two-panel moonroof, massaging front seats, and a head-up display. Toyota Tundra Capstone With a minimum price of $78,845, the range-topping Capstone offers the hybrid powertrain and four-wheel drive as standard equipment. It builds on the Platinum and gets additional features such as 22-inch wheels, power-retractable running boards, premium leather upholstery, and a head-up display. The well-appointed Limited trim of the Ram 1500 starts at only $66,055. However, it has a considerably less potent engine and fewer features than the Capstone. Now use the downward arrow and cycle down to "Vehicle Settings." Press the "OK" button. Use the downward arrow again to select "Scheduled Maintenance" and press "OK." You should now see a prompt that asks, "Reset Data?" Press the upward arrow to select "Yes" and then press "OK." Where Is the Toyota Tundra Made? 2024 Toyota 4Runner Orange

2024 Toyota 4Runner: Everything You Need to Know

Toyota marked four decades of the 4Runner in 2023. With its ruggedness and excellent off-road capabilities, the 4Runner remains a dependable choice for adventure enthusiasts. It's not hard to love its attractive design, four-wheel drive, and excellent off-road features. But will the new 4Runner be even bigger and better? Read as our team at Longo Toyota in El Monte, California, looks at what we can expect from the new 4Runner and when Toyota will likely release it. We'll also focus on its performance, off-road features, interior comfort, safety, and price. more What To Expect for the 2024 Toyota 4Runner Despite being the 2024 model year, Toyota plans to release the 2024 Toyota 4Runner in 2025. The good news is that you can expect a completely reimagined vehicle that still does what it does best: conquers off-road trails. Toyota hasn't confirmed the exact details of the 4Runner, but we believe the new model could share a similar design to the Toyota Tacoma. It may offer a more vertical C-pillar to make accessing the second row easier. Its standard body-on-frame could move over to the TNGA-F platform Toyota has favored recently. We expect Toyota to discontinue the 40th Anniversary trim, along with some exterior colors, such as Lunar Rock and Lime Rush. Brand-new exterior paint colors include the dark gray Underground and Terra, an earthy tone exclusively for the TRD Pro. While we're not expecting it as soon as the 2025 release, we anticipate an all-electric 4Runner to hit the market in the near future. Trim Levels The 4Runner comes in a wide array of trim levels to suit different driving preferences. We expect no changes for the new generation. Choose the aggressive TRD Pro for agile off-roading or the TRD Sport for high-performance handling on the road. Here are the trim levels you can expect from the 2024 Toyota 4Runner: SR5. TRD Sport. SR5 Premium. TRD Off-Road. TRD Off-Road Premium. Limited. TRD Pro. Power and Performance Toyota has yet to release specifics about its 2024 4Runner. But we expect Toyota could swap its current standard 4.0-liter V-6 engine for more updated options. It could include the 2.4-liter hybrid powertrain under the new Tacoma's hood that produces 278 hp and 317 lb-ft of torque. It could also feature the 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder in the Lexus NX 350 that produces 275 hp and 317 lb-ft of torque. Other predictions include hybrid four- and six-cylinder engines. An upgrade from the current five-speed transmission system is a given. We expect Toyota to swap it out for the Tacoma's eight-speed automatic transmission. With this updated gearbox, the 4Runner could offer more aggressive ratios, including higher torque and enhanced acceleration. Another possibility is a manual option like the six-speed manual gearbox in some Tacomas. Depending on the powertrain, you could take the 2024 Toyota 4Runner from zero to 60 in 7.5 seconds. It currently achieves EPA-estimated fuel economy of 16 mpg in the city and 19 mpg on the highway, which we believe will continue for the new model. Rugged Off-Road Capability The 2024 Toyota 4Runner does many things right when it comes to off-road capability. There may be some additions for the new model year that take its tough charm to new heights. We could see an upgraded suspension for tackling trickier terrain. A manual transmission could give the 4Runner an off-road appeal like the Ford Bronco and Jeep Wrangler. We may also see the Trailhunter grade enter the 4Runner lineup. This model is perfect for rock crawling and intense overlanding, giving adventurers more choice than the TRD Pro. The 2024 Toyota 4Runner can withstand just about any terrain. All models have an impressive towing capacity of up to 5,000 pounds and a maximum 500-pound tongue weight. We don't expect this to change much. The 4Runner Limited features a full-time four-wheel-drive system that automatically adjusts the differentials for exceptional traction. The TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro have an electronic-locking rear differential and Toyota's Crawl Control for low-speed or off-road conditions. What's more, you can rev up the TRD Off-Road with Toyota's available Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System for enhanced agility and control. Interior Comfort and Features The Toyota 4Runner is available in a choice of two-row and three-row configurations. Depending on your chosen configuration, you can comfortably seat five or seven passengers. Toyota may make some improvements when it comes to legroom in the second and third rows, but we don't expect a huge change to the already-decent cargo space the 4Runner offers. The current 4Runner has an 8-inch infotainment touch screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto standard on all trims. As the Tacoma has already moved to an available 14-inch touch screen, we expect the 4Runner to do the same. You may be able to enjoy built-in navigation in lower trim levels and a higher-grade audio system than the current eight-speaker one. Safety Features and Ratings All 4Runners come standard with Toyota Safety Sense P, which offers a host of driver-assistance technologies, such as a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection. It also includes automatic high beams, lane departure alert with a sway warning system, and high-speed dynamic radar cruise control. The 2023 Toyota 4Runner received high scores from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) for crashworthiness. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) rated it four stars for overall safety. The IIHS or NHTSA hasn't yet rated the 2024 Toyota 4Runner. Price Toyota has yet to confirm the price for the new 2024 Toyota 4Runner. With so little information available, predicting an accurate price is hard. We expect it to increase slightly for the new model year. We anticipate the 2024 Toyota 4Runner SR5 to have a starting MSRP of around $40,455. Test-Drive the 2024 Toyota 4Runner We predict the 2024 Toyota 4Runner will exceed expectations when it comes to off-road performance. 2024 Toyota 4Runner

2024 Toyota 4Runner: Rugged and Capable

When people reflect on Toyota's reputation for dependability and longevity, the 4Runner is probably one of the vehicles they have in mind. Introduced in 1984, the 4Runner line is renowned for its rugged versatility. Being essentially a Tacoma pickup with an SUV body, it can easily handle the most challenging off-road terrain and clock hundreds of thousands of miles on the pavement over its lifetime. With the 2024 Toyota 4Runner soon to hit the market, let's examine how the latest iteration in the storied model line upholds the reputation. more Trim Levels The 2024 Toyota 4Runner will be available in seven trims. Choosing a trim takes knowing how they all measure against one another, so here are the broad characteristics that each has to offer. SR5 (Two-Wheel Drive and Four-Wheel Drive) The base trim offers the most affordable gateway into the rugged territory of the 4Runner. The standard features include 17-inch six-spoke alloy wheels, LED headlights with integrated LED fog lights, LED taillights, skid plates, front and rear mudguards, privacy glass for the rear side and liftgate windows, and a smart key with push-button start. TRD Sport (Two-Wheel Drive and Four-Wheel Drive) The TRD Sport is for those looking for street-tuned performance. It improves on the SR5 with the addition of Dark Gray Metallic machined-face 20-inch wheels, a hood scoop, TRD sport badging, black roof rails, and X-REAS suspension. SR5 Premium (Two-Wheel Drive and Four-Wheel Drive) The SR5 Premium trim is a better-outfitted version of the SR5. It improves on or adds to the base trim with SofTex synthetic leather upholstery, heated outside mirrors integrated with turn signals, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. TRD Off-Road (Four-Wheel Drive) The four-wheel-drive-only TRD Off-Road trim is designed, as you might guess, for off-road enthusiasts. Some of the standard features that'll help you traverse the unpredictable bumps of the unpaved world are 17-inch alloy wheels, a protective skid plate, a locking rear differential, 9.6 inches of ground clearance, and Crawl Control, a low-speed cruise control setting that helps the 4Runner overcome tricky terrain. TRD Off-Road Premium (Four-Wheel Drive) With the Premium, you get a few comfort and design upgrades compared to the ordinary TRD Off-Road trim, including a hood scoop, a rear spoiler, a power moonroof, turn signal indicators integrated into the side mirrors, and SofTex synthetic leather upholstery. Limited (Two-Wheel Drive and Four-Wheel Drive) The Limited trim ups the ante on luxury. Here, you have 20-inch split six-spoke alloy wheels, heated and ventilated leather seats, a power moonroof, and dual-zone automatic climate control. It also has standard driver-assist enhancements, including downhill assist, active traction control, and a Torsen limited-slip center differential. TRD Pro (Four-Wheel Drive) The TRD Pro is for the hardcore off-roader. To get through even the toughest terrain, it features 17-inch matte black flow-formed TRD alloy wheels, FOX high-performance shock absorbers, and TRD-tuned front springs. It also offers all of the features you'd get with the TRD Off-Road Premium, or else it enhances them with higher-end alternatives. Exterior and Interior Dimensions Some of the 4Runner's exterior dimensions vary depending on your choice of trim or drivetrain. Regarding length, the SR5 and SR5 Premium measure 190.2 inches, the three TRD trims are 191.3 inches, and Limited comes in at 190.7 inches. All trims stand 71.5 inches tall without roof rails, except for the 72-inch TRD Pro. The standard ground clearance is 9 inches for the two-wheel-drive varieties, but upgrading to four-wheel drive adds 0.6 inches. Inside, the 2024 Toyota 4Runner offers two-row seating as standard but with an optional third row. The two-row interior provides 97.3 cubic feet of passenger volume, which seats five people and offers a legroom split of 41.7 and 32.9 inches of legroom in the front and second rows, respectively. The default cargo volume is generous at 47.2 cubic feet behind the second row (or 46.3 cubic feet with the optional slide deck). This expands up to 89.7 cubic feet with the second row folded down. Should you opt for the three-row 4Runner, you get 128 cubic feet of passenger volume with 29.3 inches of legroom in the third row. The cargo volume behind the third row measures 9 cubic feet. Folding down the third and second rows gets you the same cargo accommodations as the two-row model. Powertrain and Performance Under the hood of every 4Runner trim is a 4.0-liter V-6 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. With this engine capable of generating 270 hp and 278 lb-ft of torque, the 2024 Toyota 4Runner can go from zero to 60 mph in 7.7 seconds, which is quite good considering the vehicle's size. Given the rugged body and the torque generated by the engine, it should be no surprise that the 2024 Toyota 4Runner is also a capable towing machine. 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser

The 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser: A Classic Reborn

The Toyota Land Cruiser is back — and it's better than ever. The powerhouse SUV makes its triumphant return in 2024, ending its three-year hiatus on the market. In those three years, Toyota has revamped the Land Cruiser, equipping it with new hybrid power while ensuring it's just as off-road ready as you remember. Explore this one-stop guide to discover everything you need to know about the 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser, including its cost, convenience, and capabilities. more Why Did Toyota Stop Making/Discontinue the Land Cruiser? Toyota discontinued production of the Land Cruiser in 2021, stating the SUV would not return for the 2022 model year. Even at the time, there were hints that Toyota planned to bring back the beloved off-roader in the future. Sales spiked significantly after the automaker's announcement, and sources told multiple outlets that there could be a return of the Land Cruiser in a few years. Sure enough, Toyota revealed in July that it would return the Land Cruiser to its lineup in 2024, proving yet again that you can't keep a good thing down for long. "With 65 years of heritage, you can choose to slow down or reinvent yourself. We chose the latter," Toyota said in a news release at the time. Over the last few years, it's clear Toyota has carefully considered how to keep the Land Cruiser true to its off-roading roots while also making the SUV accessible to everyone, whether you prefer to hit the road or the trails. 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser Cost and Trims Toyota hasn't released official details about pricing for the 2024 Land Cruiser, but the automaker has said it will have a starting MSRP in the mid-$50,000 range. That's lower than the last time the SUV was on the market, which is largely due to its smaller frame. The new Land Cruiser will strictly be a two-row vehicle with seating for five passengers. While smaller, the 2024 Land Cruiser isn't any less capable on rugged terrain than previous models. With its narrower body and hybrid power, the all-new Land Cruiser is ready to kick up some dirt. With a simple grade structure, the 2024 Land Cruiser will come in two trims: the Land Cruiser 1958 and Land Cruiser. In addition, Toyota will release a limited number of Land Cruisers in a First Edition trim for the first two months of production. The Land Cruiser First Edition models will feature a striking two-tone exterior and come with additional off-road equipment such as a roof rack, a front skid plate, and rock rails. 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser Performance and Capability New-generation Land Cruisers will get a hybrid powertrain across the lineup for increased efficiency. A turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine pairs with two electric motors, generating a total output of 326 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. Every Land Cruiser will also have an eight-speed automatic transmission and standard four-wheel drive. The system sends power continuously to the front and rear axles for enhanced traction on challenging roads. A center-locking differential provides additional off-roading capabilities with the touch of a button. The all-new Land Cruiser effortlessly blends form and function, using a body-on-frame platform and a high-strength steel chassis. The available Multi-Terrain Select system allows you to adjust the settings depending on whether you're driving over mud, dirt, or sand. A standard Crawl Control function controls braking and acceleration when you're driving at lower speeds on difficult terrain, meaning you can focus on steering. Plus, a Multi-Terrain Monitor gives you additional confidence by showing you potential obstacles on the trail through the SUV's touch-screen display. The new Land Cruiser is built for all the roads — or non-roads — you might encounter. 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser Design True to its roots, the all-new Land Cruiser will make its signature statement on the Southern California roadways. The 1958 trim features a classic, simplified style, with retro LED headlights and a bold heritage front grille. It has the same squared body profile as previous Land Cruiser generations. The Land Cruiser trim features rectangular LED headlights and color-selectable LED fog lights. Every Land Cruiser rides on 18-inch wheels with all-season tires, meaning you're ready for any adventure. Inside, the 2024 Land Cruiser spares no expense when it comes to your comfort and convenience. The Land Cruiser 1958 comes with black fabric seats, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel. By upgrading to the Land Cruiser trim, you'll get synthetic leather seats, plus heated and ventilated front seats for ultimate luxury. The limited Land Cruiser First Edition models come exclusively with leather-trimmed seats and a unique "First Edition" logo on the door panels. 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser Technology and Driver Assistance As part of its revamp, the 2024 Land Cruiser will come with the latest state-of-the-art technology and driver-assistance features. An 8-inch touch screen comes standard in the Land Cruiser 1958, while the other two trims get a larger 12.3-inch screen. All Land Cruisers get Toyota's multimedia system, featuring wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Dual front-row USB charging ports and a wireless charging pad also come standard, so you don't have to worry about your phone dying when you're off the grid. Plus, the Land Cruiser offers available Wi-Fi hotspot connectivity for up to five devices. Whether you're running errands in El Monte, California, or heading out on a backcountry adventure, you're sure to feel safe and secure behind the wheel of a 2024 Land Cruiser.
